1Definitions & Scope of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, "Tea 888", "we", "platform", or "website" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating under the domain tea888.best. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using any service provided by Tea 888.

2Registration & Account Management

To access Tea 888's full services, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Tea 888 reserves the right to request age verification or identity verification at any time.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identity document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination without prior notice.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at Tea 888. Holding more than one account is a serious violation, and all duplicate accounts may be frozen with all associated balances and winnings forfeited.
• A Tea 888 account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Sharing, transferring, or selling an account to another party is prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all your account information remains up to date. Failure to do so may affect your withdrawal processing or identity verification.
• Tea 888 reserves the right to require identity document verification (such as a MyKad) before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Tea 888 supports all major Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow Transfer, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Tea 888 does not charge any processing fees on deposits — however, third parties such as banks or e-wallets may impose charges in accordance with their own terms.

• Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single day may require identity document verification before being processed.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Tea 888 offers members a range of promotions and bonuses from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly VIP rebates, prize tournaments and special promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all Tea 888 bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash. Bonus credits must be wagered in accordance with wagering requirement set for each promotion before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

5Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered at Tea 888 — including Live Casino, slots, table games and Sports Betting — are governed by specific rules set by their respective game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the Tea 888 support team. Prior to closure, all pending transactions will be processed and any remaining balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
